The Committee
The Club Committee is elected annually to look after the interests of the club and it’s members and consists of the Chairman, the Secretary, Treasurer and the Welfare Officer.
The other members of the Committee will be the other officials of the Club: namely, trainers, coaches, first aiders, team secretaries etc.

The Treasurer
The Treasurer, who is appointed at the Club’s AGM, is responsible for keeping a proper record of the Club’s finances, it’s income, outgoings and expenditure. The Treasurer also has to produce the club’s account book & bank book at each meeting.

The Secretary is responsible for the following: Calling of Meetings & the AGM in which he/she set the agenda and provide previous meetings minutes for the Clubs approval, the records and files of the Club and all other details that are important to the operation of the Club, Write, receive & respond to all Club correspondence.

The Chairman’s Duties is familiar with the club constitution andleague rules, chairs club meetings and exercises a casting vote if necessary, liaises with the club secretary on the Agenda and assists with the minutes if required, offers support to the Club Committee, prepares and presents an annual report at the AGM.

The Welfare Officer ensures all DBS checks are conducted and approved in accordance with FA policy and practice. The Welfare Officer is the first point of contact for all parents and the club volunteers for safeguarding concerns and welfare issues.

They are responsible for providing a safe and controlled environment in which players can play competitive and non-competitive football at all levels and age groups regardless of their ability or background.
